What to email about

• Tool requests.If there's a calculator or converter you wish existed here, tell us. Reader requests drive a substantial share of what gets built next.
• Bug reports. Wrong result, broken UI, an edge case that crashes the page — please send the inputs you used and what you expected to see. We try to acknowledge bug reports the same day.
• Corrections to statutory rates.If a tax bracket, pension percentage, or fee schedule on the site is out of date relative to the official source, send the link to the official source and we'll update both the constant and the "Last verified" date.
• Math or methodology questions.If a tool's answer surprises you and the explanation page doesn't make it clear, ask — and we'll either explain it back or update the page so the next reader gets a better answer.
• Press, partnerships, or syndication.Same address, different priority queue. We're open to syndicating individual calculators or blog posts with proper attribution.

Response times

We aim to reply within two working days for bug reports and rate corrections, and within a week for tool requests and longer discussions. If you don't hear back in that window, the message probably got buried — send a one-line nudge and we'll surface it.

Things we can't help with by email

The site doesn't store any user data — no accounts, no saved inputs, no history — so there's nothing to recover, export, or delete on a per-user basis. Calculations run entirely in your browser; if you closed the tab, the inputs are gone.

We also can't give personal financial, tax, or medical advice. The calculators are illustrative — see each tool's disclaimer and our About page for how we think about that line.

Privacy
